Today was more busy than yesterday, and I'm starting to get a feel for the rythym of certan parts of the job. I feel confident that by the end of next week, I'll be able to navigate my way around with some degree of confidence. That's the hope, at least.
I enjoyed the day though; they actually had me on my own, making calls, dispatching tickets.. just as if today wasn't my third day as their employee. It was a nice feeling.
Even nicer was when my manager came by my desk to tell me that one of the Corporate guys from one of our clients was complimenting my work. Later, she told me that the whole attitude of the entire team had changed for the better; that they were all happy to see me and the other new hire.. I got

Came home and popped in Conspiracy Theory. The fellow I share a cubicle wall with's name is Jerry, and hearing his name all day made me want to watch the movie.
It's been a nice, laid back evening; chatting with Roho while he's at D&D- shooting the breeze with Feren and various friends online.
So, unfortunately nothing interesting to report today; It's been hectic at work, and relaxed at home. A really good day. :)
Maybe more tomorrow. :)
