Due to some unexpected expenses that have popped up related to the Anthrocon trip, I'm opening up for badge and bookmark commissons to try and make things a little less tight financially.

If you want a badge or bookmark BEFORE the con, now is the time to get one!

Badges will be done on high quality bristol paper in watercolor, marker and colored pencil, sized to fit in most common badge holders.

Bookmarks are 6" long and 1.5" wide, done on watercolor paper in watercolors, marker and pencils. Can be laminated by request.

Asking $25 for a badge and $10 for a bookmark. Due to size contraints, 1 character and simple background is all that is allowed.

If you want a sketchbook drawing (basic pencils, shading, abstract background), I'm also willing to do those on bristol paper, 8.5x11 for $15.

These are the same prices I will be charging at the convention itself, this is just your chance to get one early, and not have to worry about waiting til the end of the weekend to get your art!

Please see my website for samples of my work.

Thanks guys!

Hmm..seeing the prices you and other artists are now charging, I wonder if I should raise mine as well. I will admit feeling pretty low about doing a fully inked sketchbook picture for $10 or so.

You likely should. When you think about it, most people sell prints for $7-10, and when you're doing a sketchbook, it's more of a commission. $15 is actually on the low side.

*boggle* Only $10 for an inked original picture? No, no, no, brianblackberry, your skill is worth way more than that! Charge at least $15 for a nicely realized pencil sketch, if you want to stay within impulse buy range, but goodness, stop inking the things! :)
