I am starting my prep for MFF, and I realized that.. I have no idea what to draw. What do people look for when they're at conventions and looking to purchase artwork? Do you like B&W, things that are classic and you can hang on your walls, or colorful humorous pieces?

C'mon guys, I need some help!

What a coincidence! I was just looking at coyote satyrs about.. 10 minutes ago.

(No. I'm completely serious. I think it was Thornwolf's.)

I shall look forward greatly to seeing you next year! It's been too long, my friend.

I know that I always love hyena and wild dog stuff, so extrapolating, if you have stuff for a specific quasi-obscure species, people will dig it.

Purrty stuff! With lots of complicated details! And a story! And a chessboard and elaborate chess pieces and... and...

*purrs innocently*

Well I'm personally not going to MFF, but you pretty much hit spot on what I like. I prefer B&W stuff to coloured; A lot of coloured pictures I see are just butchered from the sketched or perhaps inked version, simply because you can see all the effort that went into it [Especially with sketches]... I like comedic art most of all, and yes stuff I can hang on my wall. Comedic spoofs, also, FTW.

But I think the majority of people who go to cons to buy art just do it for porn, but meh. =/
