Oh yeah.. I'm s'posed to write in this thing, aren't I.

Well. Work continues to suck huge.... er.. rocks. My appetite seems really flakey now that I'm back on Atkins.. I haven't eaten healthily today, and I feel rather queasy as a result (Must.. get... veggies...!!)


The weather's been really hard on my poor joints, and I've had a migraine for 3 days. But I really hate complaining and whining. I mean, really hate it.

We did watch the last episode of season 3 of Babylon 5 tonight. I'm really looking forward to when season 4 arrives.

I think... I may go wander into the kitchen and find something that isn't meat and or cheese to nosh.

Then maybe bed. Yes... bed sounds good.

the solution is:
Vitamin A. Take it from a guy who does research on Vitamins for a Living.
Get a BFB (Big Fucking Bag) of baby carrot sticks to snack on.
You'll be right as rain in no time.

Isn't it amazing how quickly you get addicted to the healthier foods and food preparation? Simtra didn't follow the diet strictly through the holidays and he was so glad to be back on it when my folks left and I whipped out the cooking utinsels and cookbook again.

My appetite has totally altered. Unless I've really screwed up my meal times, I only eat three smallish portions a day now --- that, from someone who would visit a buffet three or four times before stopping.

Weather seems to be aggravating anyone with a joint problem. I can barely move and I've been sucking Ultracets like they were candy.
